InterInnov activities

 

Infinity-Logo-PNG.pngInterInnov participates in the new Future Internet Public-Private Partnership (FI-PPP) initiative launched early 2011 by the European Commission. The INFINITY project will provide Future Internet projects and developers an open web repository providing information on existing infrastructures that could be used for pilot experimentations and trials, this helping go faster to the market with more stable and scaleable products and solutions.

InterInnov participates in the "coordination action" supporting the Net!Works European Technology Platform, of which InterInnov is also a Steering Board member. Net!Works  was formerly called eMobility and is a European Technology Platform for communications networks and services.

 

C--logo-HQ.jpgIn partnership with Eurescom, InterInnov is involved in the Celtic-Plus European strategic programme in telecommunications. Celtic-Plus is a EUREKA ICT cluster.


LOGO-ETICS-Q-small-transparent.pngAlso in partnership with Eurescom, InterInnov is supporting Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs France in the management of the ETICS FP7 project. ETICS is an Integrated Project within the 7th Framework Programme for R&D of the European Union.

 

FIREStation-Logo.pngIn partnership with DIMES Association, InterInnov is in charge of several important tasks with the FIRESTATION project, which provides guidelines and coordination to the FIRE (Future Internet Research & Experimentation) initiative of the European Commission.

 Israeli-chairmanship-logo.jpgInterInnov advised the Israeli EUREKA Chairmanship, mostly on EUREKA Clusters and industrial matters, during the course of the Chairmanship in 2010 ans 2011.

 

 

In 2010, InterInnov supported a start-up called Insiteo to prepare and submit a Eurostars proposal, which succeeded in becoming a full-fledged project.

Jacques Magen is a registered expert in FP7 in the fields of telecommunications and networked media, as well as in Eurostars, the EUREKA European programme dedicated to Small and Medium Enterprises. He contributed in the expert panel of the European Commission for the strategic analysis of projects in the telecommunications and networked media domains (Integrated Project Portfolio Analysis: 103 ways to success…), and participated in an expert group supporting the Commission for the definition of Future Internet initiatives and in a team working on FIRE portfolio analysis. Jacques was also selected as one of the experts involved in the evaluation of projects submitted to the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology).
